BSB, Mallory Park

Got free tickets to see the British Super Bikes at Mallory Park, thought it would be an excellent chance to try some photography I have never tried before, always up for something different! I got some standard shots using a fast shutter speed, like the photo below, but was really happy once I had started to try panning, this was the best shot from the day.

This has done me proud, I received a Ribbon from the Bromsgrove Salon, Honourable Mention from the 38th PHOTO SOCIETY of  NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL PSA/FIAP SALON OF COLOR PHOTOGRAPHY 2010 and  Highly Commended from the Swansea International, plus several more highly commends. UPDATE: I received a FIAP Silver Meal on the Finland International Circuit 2011, and an RPS Bronze Medal from the Southampton Salon 2011
